Stella the crab apple tree is home to a full array of birds that flock to the many feeders placed nearby. Stella’s limbs appear huge in comparison to the rhythm of younger trees that form a solid wall of brown and green across the expanse of meadow. Birds at rest mingle with birds in flight. The motion is constant.
